DISCLAIMER

  • Once the package has been dropped off at the postal office (USPS), I am not held accountable for any lost packages during the shipping / delivery process. 
  • Any customs duties and import taxes subject to international orders are of the buyer's responsibility. 
  • All sales are final. I do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds -- unless I made a mistake packing your order. 

 

SHIPPING

    • World Wide Shipping
      • Please note that any customs duties and import taxes subject to international orders are the buyer's responsibility. All orders are marked as 'merchandise' and at full value.
    • European Union (EU)
      • Starting July 2021, all international shipments going to member countries within the European Union will go through a new customs process due to the newly imposed VAT (Value Added Tax) Requirement. 
      • Previously, low-cost shipments going to the EU valued at €22 or lower weren’t subject to these VAT taxes. But with the new changes every shipment sent to the EU is subject to VAT, no matter the value.
      • With that being said, you will most likely receive an email from your country / local post office regarding the package.
      • I also operate out of ETSY, if you place an order there, they will take care of the import fees (as the prices of everything will be more expensive). 
    • All packages are shipped out from Brooklyn, New York.

    • A tracking number will be provided with all orders.

 

DELIVERY

  • USA/Domestic: 1-2 weeks 
  • International: 2-6 weeks (varies from country to country) 
  • Shipping times are an estimate for all in-stock orders. 
  • Pre-order shipping time will vary.

REFUND

  • All sales are final after 24 hours of placing your order.
    • If you want to cancel your order please email me at 6emnine@gmail.com, within 24 hours after placing your order. 
    • I will only accept a refund if the order has not been shipped yet. 
  •  After 24 Hours of Purchase
    • I do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds -- unless I made a mistake packing your order. 
    • By adding the Package Insurance, you are protected in the event of a damaged, lost, or misdelivered package. Should any of the issues occur with your order and you have purchased insurance, please get in contact with me.

PREORDERS

  • What is a Pre-Order?
    • You are ordering an item that has not been made yet. Pre-orders are used to gage the interest of new designs and releases. You are helping fund the cost of productions.
  • What are the benefits?
    • By helping the initial production funding, you are guaranteed the product at the best quality for the lowest price. 
  • How long do I have to wait?
    • Every item varies from 1 - 3 months to be manufactured.
      • Ex: Keychains usually take 1 month, while Enamel pins will range 2-3 months depending on factory holidays, workload, as well as design
  • How do I know the status of my preordered item?
    • As featured on my highlights icon on Instagram (@6EMNINE), I will have the latest news regarding all news and updates. 
    • I will update the 'Status' page weekly or if there are any updates on my end.
  • What if the preordered item is sold out?
    • No worries! I will always have a certain amount in stock for purchase. Depending on how well the product is received, there will be continuous restocks and chances to preorder.
  • DISCLAIMER:
    • When you place a ‘pre-order’ item, you are purchasing with the knowledge that the item selected is not in production yet and that it will be shipped out at a later date when the item is complete and instock. 

 

OTHER QUESTIONS:

    • My package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
      • Please check the following:
        • Was the address you provided correct?
        • Check with housemates or neighbors. Package may have been scanned at your neighborhood & might've been misdelivered to a different house.
      • If your package is not with your neighbor, please contact your local USPS ASAP, they may have miscanned or had a different issue. They know most about the situation at hand.
    • What is the ‘Grade’ system?
      • This system is set in place to insure everyone gets what they pay for. All products are made by hand and/or mass produced. There is room for error. 
        • A Grade: near perfect quality and little to no noticeable flaws
        • B Grade: some noticeable flaws but minimal
        • C Grade: large and obvious flaws 
        • Seconds: major flaws or mistakes that are made, heavily discounted
