As stated in the FAQ, once the package has been dropped off at the postal office (USPS), I am not held accountable for any lost packages during the shipping or delivery process.
By adding this ‘Package Insurance’, you are protected in the event of a damaged, lost, or misdelivered package. Should any of the issues occur with your order and you have purchased insurance, please get in contact with me! :)
